The only model more premium in 93 was the Aero, which I think came out mid year. As a beater car to preserve our 94 Aero, we bought a 93 CSE Turbo 5-speed with 133K miles but complete service records from Village Saab in Acton Mass. It had been owned by a doctor and had mostly highway miles. Some expensive parts had been replaced, like the TCS throttle body (I think they all had it). The car now has 177K, burns almost no oil, and serves as a tow car for my race car. The most expensive failure was the (original!) DI, which still works but is a little weak so the boost never got out of the yellow. We are very pleased with this car and do not hesitate to recommend it.
