These are pretty cheap.....maybe around $20 from a site sponsor (or less). Replace them if they're cracked--your lower mounts will fail soon after. Do a search on upper motor mounts or torque arm on this board--there has been a lot of feeback as to the best way to tackle this job.
It shouldn't be a terribly expensive fix if you have the dealer do it, although much more pricey than a DIY fix.
