With a new crank pulley, definately do the oil pump O-ring and Main seal. Since the main seal is in the oil pump when it comes off, It's no biggie, and a cheap part.
Of course, if the belt is more than a year or two old, replace it. Unless the tensioner pulley looks worn, or the bearings feel badly, or the belt shows uneven wear (possible tensioner misalignment) I wouldn't replace the tensioner.
Since the belt is off and the accessory side of the engine exposed, check all pulleys for play and bearing wear. Inspect the water pump weep hole for signs of leakage (replace pump if so). Inspect the lower engine mounts for cracking around the rubber.
As you may have noticed, most of my recommendations are 'on condition' - replace the XX IF it is worn, cracked, or otherwise indisposed. Not the best way to relate to a shop unless (1) you have a GREAT rapport and trust with the mechanic, or (2) you have LOTS of money. Since you're looking for a place to do the work, I assume (1) is out, and let's avoid the personal information required in (2). I would get the O-ring and main seal done, and ask the shop to look at the water pump and motor mounts. Frankly, any decent mechanic will give all the pulleys a spin and look around for things while he/she is in there.
Good luck!
