Hi folks,
I've got an '86 9000T and about a year ago my cruise control stopped
working because the button on the end of the shaft got stuck in the in
position, if that makes sense. In other words, once the button has been pushed in, it doesn't pop out. At least not without a lot of encouragement, like tapping the blinker control arm.
Has anyone else had this problem? I'm tempted to squirt some lube into the
gaps around the button to see if I can get it to loosen up, but I'm afraid that I'll cause a short.
All suggestions welcome and appreciated.
Thanks,
Jack
