Discount Tire had some difficulty finding longer lug bolts for my 9000 and Panther wheels, and they are only using 3mm spacers! I find it very strange that long ones are so much harder to find though...how hard can it be to make a bolt of a longer length?? Surely the lug bolt manufacturers can't say 'well there is no demand for them, we'd lose money', as it cannot require an special tooling or machinery to make a long bolt.
Anyway... might have to do as Lu and Ubipa suggest, go to studs. As a benefit, this will at least make the wheel easier to put back on the car, since you will be losing the locating pin regardless.
