TCS and ABS faults continued

My 1992 CS Carlsson Manual is showing ABS and TCS faults (ABS is intermittent)
Had the car into a dealer who tried to read the fault codes off using Isat. I have the TCS codes but he couldnt get into the abs ecu "whatever he tried".
The TCS codes returned immediately when cleared they were
675B2
675B0
44021
I have checked the output from all sensors and all show approx .1v ac when rotated (variable dependent on rotation speed).
Abs Pump operation is apparently as expected for a car of this age. All resistance checks are as expected and all TCS voltages as expected except link to ABS ECU which is 10v ac.
Brake function is normal (but no abs) with normal pedal pressure.
The car is not in limp.
Any ideas ? is there some way I can check ECU function when the dealer cant read the codes? I am reluctant to pay for a new abs ecu if it wont clear the problem
Thanks
Roger
