Hello again folks.

I have a ABS/TCS problem on my '91 CS Carlsson and am starting to panic that I will have to lay out big bucks to fix it... I've tried lots and dont know what to do can anyone help ? so far I have...

Tried to have the codes read with ISAT- ISAT shows Incorrect engine number, No comms with ABS and Incorectly calibrated when warm. ABS codes could not be retrived

Pump operation seems normal
Sensors all clean and generating appropriate AC voltage on rotation.

All resistance check check out OK (ie sensors and all switches (brake pedal, TCS pressure switch, fluid level, pressure etc)

Most voltage checks OK apart from:
-pin 13 (TC Block pressure switch) which is permenent 10v even when brake not applied... however reistance checks show that contacts open/close as expected.
-Pin 3 & 13 (power from relay) this switches momentarily (fraction of a second) at turn of key then reverts immeditately to Ov I assume ABS ecu is not providing relay ground. Forcing relay ground by connection to battery brings voltages on these pins up as expected.
-Pin 51 & 8 (pressure/fluid safety) show 0v. But there is continuity through the circuit. again forcing relay ground at ECU rovides 10v at these pins.

One little note. There have been occurences of the ABS light going out after a long run, followed by a short stop. Also a recently fitted new battery lead to normal ABS operation for about 12 hrs. ABS problem now returned but battery voltages/charging are fine.

Any ideas ? Your help would be very much appreciated.

Many Thanks
