A good air conditioning shop can make up a new hose assembly and also braze new end connections on.
Brian, do you have a leaking hose or did it burst? You will loose the refrigerant either way, but you will loose more refrigerant oil from a hose that burst. When you get the system repaired some additional oil will have to be added to the system. To get the job done by the book, the service technician should refer to the service manuals to see how much oil to add for "burst or leaking" hose. The manuals indicate how much oil should be added for each component replaced.
