Would you change oil pump?

A burnt valve made me open the motor on my 9000 aero 1995. Since I am in there I am changing both chains (timing and balancing shaft chain)and the front crankshaft oil seal. My question is should I change the oil pump?
Car has 110 000 mi (178 000 km).Pressure has dropped a few PSI over the last year. Could it be the VDO oil pres. sensor that is reading a bit lower after it's first year?
TIA
