ABS/TCS Lights - please help!!

All-
I have a 93 9000 CSE turbo 5spd. A few weeks ago the ACS/TCS lights came on simultaneously, for no apparent reason. The car drove (and continues to) drive absolutely FINE, there does not appear to be ANYTHING wrong other than the lights being on.
When I start the car, initially these lights stay off; it's after a bit of driving or going over a bump that they come back on, and sometimes they turn off again. Now, this all started happening AFTER I had the car into the mechanic to investigate low brake fluid. The mechanic found that a hose near the left-front caliper had come loose and caused the leak, but he put it back together.

Were the brake lines not bled properly after this job? Does anyone have any insight as to what the problem is? I have not experienced limp-home mode yet, and have probably put 500 miles on the car since the problem started ...
