If by "pre '94" 9000 you mean the old shape car, then the rear wiper is actually fitted with its spindle going through the rear screen, which will involve replacing the glass unless yours has a hole already there. The folding parcel shelf also has a bite taken out of it to clear the motor, but that is in the form of a plastic moulding so you would probably be able to find one and adapt your shelf. The switch on my old 9000S was in the dash, one of those square black things, and the wiper was either on or off.
If a new shape car like my 1993 CSE, things look a lot simpler as far as fitting the motor is concerned. I'd be very surprised if the wiring was not already there in both cars (don't know for sure). However, the CSE wash/wipe is controlled from the wiper/washer stalk and if you don't have the switches there you may need to fit the dash switch instead. My switch operates an intermittent wipe, not continuous wiping like on the older car.
As regards the washer, no idea if the tubing is in place, sorry!
