yes, I have used several sets of Toyos and last one was the T1-S. It was an excellent rain tire but did not wear nearly as well as my earlier set of Toyos (Proxes or something like that). We don't have snow in our woods but generally the tread does not appear to be the type of tread that would be good in snow, also most high perf tires are Not good in snow as a rule. the T1-S is definitely a high Perf tire. For snow a block, less aggressive tread pattern is best. BTW you may comnsider the FALKEN ZE-512.(also probably not good in snow but probably a bit better than the Toyo- more blocks in pattern) I am running a set of these now but have no long term experience with them, only about 2500 miles. They seem to be an almost same tire in the wet, but much cheaper and should wear better, also not quite as noisy as the T1-S at speeds.
