Everything I've gotten from Sobstory is either OEM or just a good. Just a lot cheaper. The front bushings I got from him looked just like what I took out (except in much better shape).
My initial put on replacing the bushings would be to do both sides at the same time. If the car is very new or with very low mileage, I might consider doing just one side. But if you have new bushings on one side, and somewhat worn bushings on the other, the handling won't be as good as possible. Probably not noticeable, but not perfect. Replacing the bushings isn't hard, and if it's a nice car, why not go for perfect?
In general, I find the rear bushing to wear the most, and since it's the easiest to replace, you might just do the rear bushing (on the front A-arm) on the 'good' side.
