I cannot say if there is two or one way circuit in your car, but if it was originally not locking the driver's door then I can present a couple of ideas. But I think you need to dig in and actually check how the alarm is installed...
I'm not an expert in these things, but I would bet that at least in north european market you needed to have original Saab alarm to have an keyless entry.
There are 3 ways, that I can list on how to make the aftermarket alarm working with central locking that didn't lock originally the driver's door (keyless entry):
1) It has a separate aftermarket actuator on driver's door. The actuator is driven by alarm and locks the driver's door. The original switch on the door should drive the original control box that locks the rest of the doors and trunk. In this case the switch, switch wiring or fuse maybe shot.
2) It has build in after market actuator+swich in one package in the door. The alarm drives the motor and the switch the rest of the locking system. Case is about the same as before...
3) Some extensive alterations have been made in the locking system. The alarm is controlling the original (or aftermarket) locking control box. The box controls all the doors+trunk.
I would almost bet that the case 2) is what you have... I my opinion it is most easiest to install...
Alarm system + the actuator in driver's door might use a separate fuse than the rest of the locking system. In this case you need to check the fuse that has label "central locking". If it burns again you have a bad actuator in some of the doors/trunk (other than driver's door).
Also I would almost bet that the main box has no problems in it. Most probably you will find a bad wiring or -connector, bad motor or bad switch...

Hope this helps a bit...
