I just did this on my 91 9000T to have a scratch painted and it's super easy. Put it up on ramps or jackstands, look underneath and you'll see how the airdam is attached to the bumper cover by maybe 10 little sheet metal screws. Take those out. You don't have to go all the way around and remove the whole air dam, just to the extent that it attaches to the bumper cover. There are also some trim screws on the sides near where it meets the fender. Then there are two long vertical bolts, one on each side, that attached the bumper cover assembly to the car. They are approximately underneath the outer edge of the headlight, in terms of side to side, but further underneath the car. "You can't miss them." Take those out and give the bumper a tug and it should slide out. Do it slowly and you'll discover if you've forgotten any little screws. It's pretty light.
