You asked me to get back to you on a nostart 92 9000 T.
We have checked the following
1.) Engine turns over but no start. Occassional catch but mostly just cranking.
2.) Power to fuse #14 fuel pump when key actuated to start
3.) Feed line to rail will fill a quart container in 4 seconds
4.) Can smell gas out of tail pipe.
5.) current at injectors
6.) replaced crank sensor
7.) very slight movement at tach on cranking
8.) Pulled DI. Inserted all plugs wired to ground and cranked. All plugs fired seemingly once per rev but hard to tell if they are firing in the right order. Replaced with a good coat of dielectric grease.
9.) shot starting fluid in cylinders and tried starting with nothing positive.
Any ideas?????????
P.S. Is it possible that the spark at the plugs isn't hot enough??? I read in the bulletin boards about a blue spark??? I figure that even if the plugs aren't firing in the correct order there should be some type of detonation.
