Why are Quasi's vacuum lines different?

The obvious answer is, and I hope I am wrong, that mine is done wrong. But recently I replaced all the vacuum lines in my 92 9kT with silicone and, looking over Quasi's site, I found his go different places. I did mine exactly the way they were, one line at a time. Doing a BB search showed that Quasi didn't recognize/have the TCS dump valve. How radically different from my vacuum setup is his and maybe a best guess as to why? TIA.
