I just moved back to Boston about a month ago. Before that I was living and working in Amherst. To answer your question, my car is black.

I moved to an apartment on Main St. in Amherst in January and, by coincidence, this guy Chad in the next house over had a '92 9000T. Then, in April, Chad's housemate Josh sold his Eclipse and bought a sweet '95 Aero! (Of course, we all became friends) We all shared the same driveway so it was a total Saabfest. It was like a special little yuppie enclave in the Happy Valley (we're all around 23 years old).

It was really a strange coincidence because I lived in Amherst for five years and never even spoke to anyone who ownned a 9000T or Aero, and then I end up sharing a driveway with two of them. Alas, we al moved away at the end of May.

I did not know anyone at the Saab dealer by name, and I do all of my own work on my car, so I never actually left my car there for repairs. However, I did get some excellent advice (gratis) from various people there on several occasions. It was nice to have it as a reliable secondary resource, especially for those "Should I be worried about this noise?" kind of questions where the internet tends to fall short.
