guessed with SWAG. for checking
Checking Check fuse 2 -12 V
check bundle 600B main bundle to stalk switch with switch OFF.
check pin 4 on stalk switch -12 V
check pin 1 with switch OFF- 12 V Check for voltage at pin 1 on speed sensor at terminal strip on back of speedometer (the vertical terminal strip) Now with switch ON
Check voltage at no 2 pin 1- the single pin connector at the controller- 12 Volt
Check the voltage to /at the vacuum pump- 12 volt check ground for continuity ( switch off)
Push the set position (in) on end of stalk and see if you are receiving 12 Volt to pin 2 on the multi pin connector at the controller.
push the Resume check for voltage 12 volt at pin 6 on the controller.
Your car should not have a vacuum switch since yours is equipped with DI ignition. (This could be corrected info from prior statements i've made)
Check pin 8 on the controller for ground. if you are getting light from stalk turn on then ground at speed controller is good check pin 2 on the speed controller ( speedometer terminal strip) and pin 5 on the module for continuity
Check to see if when pushing on brakes you have 12 volts at pin 3 on the controller. pin 7 and 4 are grounds for the vacuum pump and control- pin 7 is the solenoid and pin 4 is the ground for the motor - the power comes from the fuse 9. and is 12 v at pin 3 on the motor/solenoid when the controller is connected to the bundle and resume is pushed or stalk switch is on. There are no power supplies in the circuit so everything should be 12 volt or ground The cruise system is powered by +54 voltage source which is powered when the Ignition switch is placed in Run position which closes the main power solenoid. hope this helps
