Are you sure it's a Seiko?

I am beginning to think that Saab used Sanden and Seiko compressors in an apparently random manner in the mid 90's. I was just communicating with someone with a 95 Aero that has a Sanden SD7H15 compressor and I had the impression it was factory original. I did not even know that compressor was on the market in 95.
I want to replace the dying Seiko compressor on my 93cs with a Sanden SD7H15, but I am not sure if the hoses are going to attach correctly. Some have said yes, but I have not had an official word from a parts guy on this.
I think that Seiko compressor is junk. I understand that a lot of people don't like the Sanden because of seal and compressor shaft failures (happened to me), but I will take that over the buzzing, fluttering and lagging of the Seiko. And, is it just me, or does the air gap get too wide on every one of those?
