I was headed back to Maine from attending a wedding in Vermont (two saab plentiful states!) It was the first test of the 94 Aero on a long drive with a full load (3 adults, one baby and a packed trunk) the car was great climbing the mountains in both NH and VT. I was back in Maine headed home when we got stuck behind an out-of-state SUV. Couldn't pass anywhere. Finally the SUV puts on its left turn signal so I move out on the right side shoulder (very wide, plenty of room) to pass on the right. Little did I know that the shoulder ended at the front of the SUV and a CURB started. My right side tire climbed the curb like going up a ramp and then fell off as I got around the SUV. SLAM!. It wasnt too bad, ive hit pot holes and frost heaves as big. I had just got an alignment 3 days prior. The car still drives straight as an arrow. the only thing wrong I can find is that my wiper fluid tank wont hold water now. Will search for the leak tonight. Is there anything else I should worry about if the car is still driving and feeling fine? ALSO When the car begins to boost, and the guage just starts to hit the yellow, the car, if in 2nd or 3rd gear will stutter, sometimes quite badly. I can accelorate right through it and then everything is fine. It only happens when the guage is at the beginning of the yellow. From other posts folks have said it could be my bpc valve. Before I left I asked my Saab Mech. if that is the case, he said no. IF a bpc valve goes, its just goes, there is nothing in between. What else could the stuttering be? I have new plugs in.
thanks
