Besides the fuel pump, you will need a short piece of fuel injection hose, two small stainless steel clamps, and you should get a replacement O-ring (about 6 inches in diameter) that seals the housing cover.
You will have to remove the housing from the fuel tank, disassemble it and remove the old fuel pump, replace the pump and reinstall the housing in the fuel tank. You have to cut off the old hold hose on pump an put on a new one. The Haynes manual has a pretty good description of the process. Be careful not to damage the gas gauge float as it is part of the housing.
The Walbro pump usually runs $70-$100, so $69.50 is on the low end of the range, but not dramatic. If you are getting quotes in the $300-$400 dollar range, it probably is for the pump and housing that includes the fuel gauge components.
