under various hoses that travel over the bell housing. Do this while idling in the driveway after the engine has warmed up. I have lost more than one upper heater hose, and they drip down on the bell housing and run into it through the little plastic cover where the clutch tube goes in. That hose tends to split near where it connects to the engine because of the heat there. I've lost 3 over the years, all in about the same spot.
