Gene, I ordered the full system and a dynomax Cat. My middler muffler lined up pretty well. The rubber is stretched a little here and there but not bad. When I ordered mine from Engstrom he had a cancellation on a 89-91 system and he sent out that setup to me. Could he have sent you a newer 92-97 system? I don't know what the differences are if any. My tail pipe sticks out about 1 inch further then the stocker and is pointed a little to the outside. Does not look bad at all.

The hanger that holds the rear muffler didn't fit right. You couldn't use it to clamp the tailpipe to muffler and hang it at the same time. I just moved that clamp to where it would work to hang and then added a second clamp to hold the tailpipe to muffler together.

For the rigid downpipe connection I used a slightly longer (1/8-1/4in) bolt (SW corner if looking at car) that holds the heat shield to the oil pan, 1 inch piece of angle iron (the one with lots of holes and can be found at any hardware store) and a exhaust clamp. When clamp lays horizontal the bolt hole in oil pan and clamp shaft line up perfect with the angle iron. You will have to drill the hole larger in the angle iron for the clamp. I couldn't find a better place so hopefully this will work.

I used a 5 3/4inch straight piece to connect the cat to the long pipe that goes to the middle muffler middle muffler.

Hope this helps

Brian
