Once upon a time, I had a similar problem

This was back in the Dark Ages (circa 1970) and the issue was just this kind of vibration, showing up only at real highway speed. Did everything other than stand on my head, and then some clever character at the tire place discovered that the wheel was very, very slightly bent! Balancing didn't discover it, nor was there telling tire wear. Just a slight quiver that drove my crazy as I drove the Interstate from Bangor north to Millinocket where home was.
They put the car on the dynamic balancer, and excellerated it to cruising speed, then the man took a piece of chalk and slowly approached the rim of the wheel--sure enough, the chalk marked irregularly! Got myself another wheel, put the same tire on, blessed relief!
It might be worth trying.
