What to do when dealer can't fix the car???

To start off with, this is the second problem with my '92 9kt I have taken to a dealer and been told this. (The last was a wicked idle stumble which causes my car to stall when cold that I have tried to learn to live with.) Anyway, I am visiting family in Ohio from Texas when my car went into limp home mode and threw the "TPS faulty or missing" code. Replaced the throttle body (only way to replace the TPS on this car) and the prob didn't go away. A post here recommended I take it to the dealer to get the codes cleared so I had it towed down, told them what I did and asked them to fix it.
That was last Thursday.
Finally, having heard nothing, called Just Saab back today (had to call twice to get a response from Service) and they said "Sorry my tech is still trying to diagnose the problem- we can't find it. Hopefully we'll have something by the end of today." They have no time frame for the fix and seem as annoyed with me as I am with them. I would call and ask them if they just tried clearing the codes, but I am beginning to fear for my car!
Do I have any action I can take? Anyone have suggestions on dealing with a stupid dealer/mechanic? And if they can't fix it, who do I take it to? I called Saab corporate about last summer's unfixable problem and they couldn't care less either. Kinda makes me regret buying this car I love so much.
ps- may soon have a '92 9kT manual w/ TCS parts car if anyone is interested!
