First, I assume you have a tool to remove the old bushings. They are pressed out. If you remove the 'dogbone', you can take it to a machine shop and have that bushing pressed out, but the other one is pressed into the mount on the engine. That one is usually removed with a tool on-engine.
You can remove the bushings by threading a coping saw/hacksaw through the rubber part, and cut through the outer part of the bushing. If you cut a slice - two cuts 1/4 inch apart or so, you can wedge the slice out with a screwdriver, and more easily press out the bushing. But you'll still need some tool.
The same goes for pressing the new bushings in - you'll need a tool. The bushing is a force fit, but it doesn't have to be an interference fit to work. What I do is stick a piece of threaded rod through the bushing and stick it into a drill. Wearing a glove, I grab the bushing with some sandpaper. Basically, I take the outside diameter of the bushing down a few thousandths, and smooth it out at the same time. I actually dip the bushing in water to make for cleaner cutting by the sandpaper.
After letting the bushing cool down, see if it's close to fitting. If so, stick it in the freezer for a couple of hours. This will shrink it down even more, and it'll fit easier.
