Not exactly, your best bet is to get a line output converter (sometimes known as an "add a head") and attach it between the high level outputs of the new radio and low level inputs attached the factory head unit.
Also, if you are using a newer style head unit, it will be more powerful than the factory amp. I which case you may just want to run new speaker wires between the new radio and old speakers. (very easy up front, might take an hour to do the rears)
