Probably not the turbo. A slipping tranny would probably show up as variations in the tach.
Two things come to mind - plugs and the DI. First and foremost, misfiring at full boost is usually due to the spark plug gap being too big. Pull and check all the plugs. Re-gap them to the spec in the manual/on the decal in the engine compartment. If they aren't the spec NGK's, replace them with the speck NGK's - no substitutes! If the plugs look old, replace them.
It's harder for a spark to jump a bigger gap than a smaller one, and it's harder for a spark to jump a gap under pressure than with low pressure (low boost). Combine a big gap and high boost, and the spark has to work doubly hard.
The other possibility that comes to mind is the DI cassette. Poor spark is one sign of a DI on the way out. Inspect the DI for oil leakage - pop the DI out, flip it over, and remove the plastic cover. Look at the four tubes (coils) each is filled with oil. Make sure none of them are leaking oil, or low on oil. The only fix is replacement.
It's possible to have a bad DI with no visible problems. The only solution there is to see if you can borrow one to try.
Good luck!
