The fastest way on the non-turbo is to remove the right inner wheel liner, belt, power steering pump and power steering pump bracket. Draining the power steering fluid is messy, and sometimes the bolts are frozen. On my 93CS, one of the power steering pump mouting bolts was frozen and then broke, so I ended up having to take out the intake manifold and alternator from above to get the power steering pump and bracket out as a unit.
You can also get to it from above by removing the intake manifold. The first time I did it this way, it took me hours. I have now removed the intake manifold a few times, so I could probably do it in about the same amount of time as from below. But, as a first time venture, I would go from below. The balance chain write-up on Quasi's site includes removal of the alternator.
