Drove home this afternoon from the Swedish Auto Factory in Santa Clara/San Jose, going much too fast in the 98 CSE I'd just bought from the proprietor (a site sponsor). Very clean, much too fast, 'way smoother than my 91. Discovered myself sliding along over 90 on Rt. 101 more than a couple of times, unable to understand why the traffic was so sluggish. 5th gear is very tall, and the ride so smooth. Happily, no ticket!

I'm hopeful of several years of enjoyable driving in this last 9k. Having tried later models (9-5 via my wife's wagon, 9-3 on a couple of trial runs), it just made sense to go ahead and get what I want to drive while there was one available. It's got all the Aero bits without those seats; just what I like. So I've gone from a car with 153k mi to one with 100k fewer -- for me, that's brand new! Feels great!

Anybody wanting a 91 9kT rocket sled, in generally good shape despite some miles, can contact Swedish Auto Factory.
