95 cse running problem

I just got this car recently and am in the process of 'sorting it' (I hear the groans from here). Well it started as a CS and I got the '95 CSE ECU and BCV. It runs OK, not perfect but definitely good. There is a bit of boost oscillation at WOT but not too bad (with 93 octane). The DI cassette is original (88kmi) new NGK plugs clean filters, etc. It has been running fine up until the past few days. Just recently, it started starting hard when hot (more cranking than usual). Yesterday and today upon cold startup in the AM it stuttered. I am in second gear about 25 mph and it was as though someone turned off the engine and back on. Just a second, no dash lights no CE light. After the one hiccup, it was back to normal. The DI cassette is suspect (due to age as well as #3 coil pack looks to be low on oil though there is no trace of oil in the plug holes - I removed the black plastic cover and shone a flashlight through the coil packs) Ideas?
