Since you don't seem to be getting any more response, I'll give you some more detail on what you might need to replace. The bumper consists of a metal inner and a plastic cover (the visible part) with an expanded polystyrene padding piece between them.
When you say it "sliced through" the bumper, do you mean just the plastic cover? If so, or if the padding piece is only slightly damaged, then all you need is a new cover. These aren't cheap, however. What I did was to get another bumper (complete) from a breaker. It was the wrong colour, of course (if yours isn't painted, get another unpainted one, but if it is painted, I think you need another painted one, even if you intend to have it painted), but there were some little imperfections that needed repairing anyway. If it's unpainted, you don't have the option of repairing it and need to find one in pretty good condition.
A painted bumper cost me £75 (US$110) because it needed some attention. A good one would have cost £100 (US$150) and I could have had a reconditioned one sprayed in the colour of my choice for £225 (US$330). A new cover is £158 (US$235) and I would have had to paint it. A grey bumper cover costs a little more. On top of that, don't forget the silver decor strip which isn't included and costs around £40 (US$60) from the dealer. I could have got it elsewhere but they were out of stock and hardly any cheaper anyway. You could just leave it off and it won't look too bad.
In the end, I ran out of time to paint and fit the new bumper (my Dad decided to pick up the car a bit earlier than planned), hence the swap from another CSE of the same colour. That CSE will receive the reconditioned bumper once I get a chance to paint it. In the meantime, the original doesn't look too bad. It just has a crinkle and a crack in it that I decided would be too difficult to repair properly.
As for the wing (fender), if it's not too bad, perhaps one of those paintless dent-removal places can sort it out. If you need a new one, I believe it's not hard to fit - it's bolted on. Cost here in the UK would be about £100 (US$150) for the part and again you need to add the cost of painting (and fitting if you don't do it yourself). The indicator lamp was about £25 (US$37) for a clear one (UK spec. was clear in that year) but an amber one should be about the same.
If you get someone else to do everything, those prices may not even be close.
Hope this helps.
