Do the first step adjustment as described in earlier postings (under the 14mm nut the 4mm hex) so that the wheels still spin.
Then check the gap (clearance) in the park break:
The park brake arm on the caliber has "limitter pins" that mark the start and end point of the movement of the arm.
The gap between the level arm and the start point limitter pin should be 0.5 mm.
I found it out easy to adjust so that you stick the 0.5 mm blade into the gap and turn the adjustment screws in the brake lever in the center console until the blade drops off the gap. The adjustement screws can be found when you remove the park brake cover on the central console. The cables don't cross i.e. left is left and right is right adjustment.
This sounds easy, but I found it quite a troublesome to get the even braking power to the both sides.
Townsend has the more comprehensive instructions on this thing...
