205/60/15 is essentially equivalent in overall diameter to 195/65/15. A quick and dirty rule of thumb (note I said dirty, don't attack me, perfectionists!) is that when you go to a tire one size narrower, you increase the aspect ratio by five. IE, 205/60 becomes 195/65. Or, you can do the reverse.
For the record, diameters are:
205/60/15 = 24.68"
195/65/15 = 24.98"
I don't think going to a 195/65/15 is going to help out your low end torque, as the diameter is larger. Generally a smaller tire will give you better acceleration and a larger better fuel economy, if memory serves.
As to the width - any 9000 should take a 205 width tire without rubbing issues, assuming the diameter is correct (or smaller), which in your case, it is. My car specifies a 205/55/15, which has a diameter of only 23.89", yet I am running a 205/60/15 without any issues whatsoever (at least none that I didn't intend to correct by going to a larger tire).
The only time I'd go to a 195 instead of a 205 tire, is for snow use.
All clear?
