you can trace it. The intermittent ones drive ya nuts.
Access the roof motor / relay group thru the little panel door over your head and disconnect (sketch first) wires. Wait and see, disconnect the whole panel of switches like Andrew wrote about and leave that way while you clean the switches. ( Nice thing to do for them.) See if new fuse goes with that out. Report back, we'll see if we can get you thru it.
