The Aero seats are special (as I'm sure you know), but on the normal seats, you have to first pull the headrest all the way up. Then kneel on the front of the seat and push the material on the top of the seat (not the headrest) down until you see the head of a Torx screw inside the seat. The screw goes through the mount and keeps the headrest from coming out. Remove the screw and the headrest pulls out. Those two metal clips you see on each side are the detent springs. Pay attention as to how they fit in the headrest socket. Put the headrest back in and fit the screw, but not without a lot of struggle.
