That's worth its weight in gold. If not, reckon on doing at least all the service items that are on the Saab service schedule (this is from the '95 UK schedule, and might not correspond exactly with the '90 car, nor with other markets):

Oil and filter (every 10K km on the '90 2.3T, according to the UK schedule)
Fuel filter (should have been done at 170K km)
Air filter (should have been last done at 170K km)
Check the drive belt and tensioner
Change coolant (should have last been done at 170K km)
Change spark plugs (should have last been done at 170K km)
Check exhaust
Check battery electrolyte level
Change transmission fluid and filter (should have last been done at 170K km)
Check driveshaft gaiters
Check brake pads and discs
Change brake fluid (should have last been done at 190K km)
Change pollen filter (should have last been done at 190K km, but often neglected)

As you can see, the 170K km service is a biggie!

On top of all that, reckon on changing the front control arm bushes, the engine mountings might be ready for changing (don't know whether they are so vulnerable on the auto as on the manual) and it would be wise to have the balance chain and timing chain checked as a precaution, as there were problems with the hardening on the balance shaft gears on the early 2.3. If the chain slips off the gears, it will foul the timing chain, causing expensive damage.
