I am having some trouble reading the relay contacts on the wiring diagram because they are smudged. It looks like pin 86 is where the signal from the ACC comes in to the relay. Before reaching the relay, that current goes through the pressure switch and the anti-frost switch. So, if you've got 12v at the pin where the ACC current come in, then I would think that you don't have a problem with either of the switches.
I would be inclined to try another relay. If that doesn't work, then remember that the FI ECU will cut out the compressor. Your problem could be that pin TK is getting grounded. You might think about pulling the wire going to pin TK so that it won't get grounded.
