You have two options for international UPS shipment. You can use UPS Air for $$$$, or UPS Ground. If you use Ground you will be surprised by additional "brokerage charges" ( read: unquoted ripoff to fill in one piece of paper ). Plus, it may take weeks to receive your product.
Best bet - find someone that will ship your parts by mail. They will arrive in 7 working days with an additional invoice for the cost of Canadian tax payable plus $5.00 for Canada Post to process the border crossing stuff. Faster and cheaper than UPS for sure.
This is based on my last 6 years dealing with US vendors for antique car parts.
Recently, I have started shipping UPS Ground "Hold for Pickup" to a UPS drop just across the border in North Dakota - an hour drive from here. It arrives in 3-4 days and I can take advantage of EEuroparts' free shipping offer. I just drive down and pick up the product at the UPS office. This may be an option for you if you are close to the US border.
I also retain a US Post Office box for mail shipments from companies that will only ship by mail to a US address.
