I have had a similar problem with mine as well. The two exhaust hangers at the most rear section of the second muffler(near tailpipe)weren't new as I simply used the old ones however, when the JT was fitted(I did it myself) the rear muffler and tail pipe were hanging down about 2 inches lower than where they shoud have sat. I suspect that these systems weigh more than the standard stock systems(I mean they are bigger right?)either way I went down to like Walmart and got some of those really big worm clamps, (like what's used on radiator hoses) only bigger, big enough that I could put my hand through them. I hooked these(2 ea)to the hangers hooks and threw away the original hanger all together. Once tightened down they hold great because they are metal. For the first 3-4 days I could hear a slight rattle here and there, but that's gone and the exhaust is hanging just fine and it's not making any noises. After about a week I tightened them a second time just to be sure they were gonna hold. That was about 5-6 months ago.
See Ya,
Phil
