You push on the back of the ACC to get it out and then disconnect the wire harness(es). If you have the stock configuration in the dash, pull out the ash tray, reach through the hole and push on the ACC from the back. Otherwise, use 2 jewelers screwdrivers to pry it out from the front.
There are four bulbs which are removed by unscrewing black discs which are the bulb holders. The radio shack bulbs are very small 12v bulbs with long leads. You pull the entire old bulb out of the plastic base and then wrap the long leads from the new bulb along the obvious path cut into the holder. The radio shack bulbs are much smaller but work fine as long as you do all 4 so the lighting is even.
Or you can get the lights from the dealer at $14 a pop.
