I'm not sure if the order of replacement matters, but as I recall I had the dogbone free to gain a little more maneuvering room for the lower mounts.
The upper mount mounts are pressed into the dog bone, and can be challenging to remove. Those of us without a bonafide press have come up with a few creative alternative methods. Some have improvised a type of collar press, while others use a hack saw to cut through the rubber and metal edge of the old mount. You don't want to cut into the dog bone if you can avoid it. The amount of material removed by the saw blade is usually enough to free the mount so it can be tapped out. A hack saw should be all you'll need; never heard of anyone needing a sawzall for that! (Yeooww!)
Good Luck!
