If your problem is in the ETB and not the ETS ECU, you should be ok with just recalibrate the ETS ECU.
One thing that the Saab book warn about is that you must send a certain command to ECU before changing throttle body, this is so that the new throttle body doesn't get destroyed when powered up. This command is sent by use of Tech2 or ISAT.
I can't say that that is gonna happen to yours, but it's written up in strong language in the Saab TCS bible. The command is so that ETS ECU goes back to basic idle values instead of the updated/relearned values that the ETS ECU have been working with, with the old ETB.
When looking for a new throttlebody, P/N 9170705 is what you should look for on the black plastic cover on the side ( yours might be P/N 9109075). If you find a used one you also need to update the 5 middle electric connectors with the goldplated ones, P/N 4063087.
You should never mix zink coated and gold coated connectors/pins.
