...that it is one of the several small check valves in the washer's water lines. There are one or two near the reservoir, and two more (maybe three) near the washer nozzles at the rear of the hood. Since it is leaking while the car is still, it is likely it is the former location, as the top nozzles are too high to leak by force of gravity.
These are cheap and easily replaced. Those near the reservoir can be accessed by removing the cover behind the spoiler from under the car. Those above are in full view near the rear of the hood. You can determine which is leaking by filling the reservoir and watching where the leak occurs after removing the cover under the front of the car. Again, those near the hood will only leak when the washer is activated.
FWIW, Volvo valves also work, and probably those from other makes as well.
There are two types, two and three port.
