I would say there is merit going to larger injectors - there's
probably reasons not to, also. I've seen some dyno results on
the SQR and it seems that the A/F ratio get a bit lower, than I
would be comfortable with, at high boost. This may not be a
concern if one isn't using WOT up a long incline. However,
that being said, there's also the matter of economy. Larger
injectors will lower ones' gas mileage, a bit, not a lot. I've
got the larger Volvo V70 injectors on my 9000 and I've seen
my avg. go from about 26 mpg to 23 mpg. My previous software,
TAQ, is being used by Bob Davis. That gave great performance
(228 wheel hp/290 ft-lbs of torque) and better than stock gas
mileage. My Maptun software, with the larger injectors, gives
stunning, scary performance, less gas mileage, but I'm sure
an A/F ratio that's similar to what the TAQ gave at high boost -
12.5/1. Anyway, the Volvo/Boschs are rated at 444 cc/min @ 3 bar
or 465 cc/min @ 3.8 bar
