As physically bigger injectors would require a custom fuel rail.. :)
But it's certainly easy, and even quite inexpensive, to get injectors that will flow more fuel for a given pressure and opening. From Bosch you will pay through the nose, which is why most people get Ford Motorsport or Accel injectors, in a pack of eight for $200-240, and sell half to the other guy who wants higher flow injectors.
I've spoken with some coworkers, and the going rate for professional injector cleaning around these parts seems to be about $80. That $100 to $120 for set of brand new injectors looks mighty good in comparison... I was never able to tell a difference in my car's running by using any of the fuel injector cleaner products you dump in the fuel tank, even with 200k miles. Not that I could tell a huge difference with brand new injectors either, mind you, but I wanted the higher flow.. :)
