TCS was standard on '93-'94 Aeros, optional on '95's (mine mercifully doesn't have it), and not available on '96-'97's. I would suspect the CSE models for those years had the same game plan. The '95's with TCS have a switch on the dash to disengage it, but it auto-resets every time the car is started.
