The two belt system has, well, two tensioners. One for the AC, one for the serpentine belt. Here's a post I did on adjusting the tension of the AC belt:

To remove the pulley, remove the belt, and just back out the 17mm bolt. There is a piece behind the pulley the bolt fits into. It's pretty straightforward. You'll need to remove the AC belt before the serpentine belt. TRICK - there are two grooves in the AC compressor pulley. Note which one the belt goes in BEFORE you remove it!
For the serpentine belt, first remove the tension from the belt.
Here's an old post about how to undo the tension AND replace the serpentine belt pulley.
If you don't mind getting a little dirty, you CAN slide the old belt off from around the main pulley (lowest pulley) and slip a new one on. TRICK 2 - really, no trick - make a drawing of how the belt goes around the tensioner, PS pump, water pump, and Alternator. You don't want to be holding the new belt in your hand and scratching your head with the other, wondering which way round it goes.
Good luck!
