new clutch will not fully disengage - Help!

I am hoping someone can help me with the problem I am having. Basically, it seems like the slave cylinder is not depressing the pressure plate enough to release the friction disk. Here is what I have done recently relative to the transmission -
- New Sachs sport racing pressure plate
- New Swedish Dynamics Kevlar friction disk
- New slave cylinder
- New braided steel clutch hydraulic line from master to slave
- New shift coupler (upgraded from previous version - see pic on site)
- Change from previous version of Saab synthetic fluid to current version (old stuff in white bottle - new stuff in gray bottle)
- Poly trans bushing
- New reverse shift switch
I did not replace the master cylinder since I had done this last spring. I have pressure bled the system 3 times now. The clutch pedal seems like it engages fairly quickly, but it just seems like there is not enough throw to fully depress the pressure plate. The specs on the pressure plate are a direct replacement for the OEM Sachs pressure plate.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
